RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to love what you order. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and proof of issue. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that consumable products (beverages) cannot be returned once opened, and bar tools must be unused and in original packaging to qualify for a return. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
